Our focus is on quality, performance, and durability, ensuring that your sailing ventures are both enjoyable and successful. This year we are adding yacht services to Superior Sail Loft’s offerings. We aim to save you time this sailing season, so you can get out and enjoy the water more, and worry less about cleaning, moving sails, and delivering your boat. Custom Canvas

New custom canvas construction including: Biminis, Lazy Cradles and Dodgers. We also offer canvas repair work!

Sail Repairs/Alterations

Expert repair services to restore and maintain the integrity of your sails. We do offer quick turn around times to get you back out and sailing as soon as possible!

Our Rates and Service Policies

Service Policies 

Service Rate: $125/hour

Minimum charge: $65

Sail wash: 53 cents per square foot

Race Dry and Pack: $150

Annual Inspection: Base charge $65 per sail or canvas piece (Many insurance companies may lower your insurance rate with a sailmaker certification)

Winter Storage: $50 per sail 

Rush and overnight orders: 1.5x regular rate, 2x for extreme circumstances

Standard materials (thread, webbing, small abouts of insignia): 10% of hourly

Yacht Deliveries: $600 per day, ½ rate for travel days

Yacht Cleaning: Pricing to be announced Spring 2025

Quoting policy: Aim to open a sail only once. Any job under $400 to be done right away without a quote. Any job over $400 we send out a price to the customer for approval. If possible, we will get approval beforehand if the customer describes a bigger repair.

*Exotic/custom order parts, any amount of webbing/insignia over a foot: retail as listed or 2x cost
